All Sales Are Final
- Due to the custom nature of our products, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be accepted once your order is placed.
- This includes incorrect color choices, glitter flow selections, or decal spelling errors provided by the buyer.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and a description of the issue.
- Approved claims may result in a replacement of the same item. Refunds will only be issued if a replacement cannot be provided.
- Normal variations such as small air bubbles, minor imperfections, or differences in glitter flow are not considered defects, as these are part of the handmade process.
Air Bubbles & Handmade Variations
- Air bubbles within snow globe cups are normal and unavoidable during shipping.
- A small, dime-sized bubble helps maintain proper glitter flow and does not affect quality or performance.
- Replacements will not be issued for air bubbles.
